ELH RESALE LLC (“ELH RESALE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a United States limited liability company engaged in e-commerce and retail resale of consumer products to individual customers. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, or receive messages from us.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address, mobile or landline telephone number.
- Order details — shipping and billing address, items ordered, order history, returns and refunds.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Correspondence — the content of messages you send us by form, email, telephone or text.
- Consent records — whether you opted in to text messages, when, and by what method.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we use information
- To process, fulfil and deliver the orders you place with us.
- To send transactional notifications about your order, delivery, return or refund.
- To answer your enquiries and provide customer care.
- To verify identity and protect customer accounts and orders.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send marketing messages, only where you have given separate express consent.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
4. Text messaging & mobile data
Mobile telephone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, ELH RESALE LLC may send you text messages relating to your order, your account, your customer care enquiry, and — where you gave a separate express written consent — restock alerts and offers. - Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all messages, or HELP for help.
- We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time and method by which it was given, for compliance purposes.
- We use a licensed messaging provider to deliver messages on our behalf. That provider processes your number solely to deliver our messages and may not use it for its own purposes.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — shipping carriers, payment processors, messaging and email providers, and IT suppliers, each acting on our instructions and bound to protect your information.
- Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena or a lawful request from a public authority.
- Protecting rights — where necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
As stated in section 4, mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all marketing-related sharing. They are never sold, rented, leased, or otherwise provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example remembering the contents of a basket), to keep it secure, and to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
7. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by tax and accounting law. Customer care correspondence is kept while it is relevant to your relationship with us. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as we operate the messaging program, and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encrypted connections, restricted access to customer records, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights & choices
- Access and correction — ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion — ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message, at any time.
- Opt out of marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Do not sell or share — we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page and the “last updated” date will change. Where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
