ELH RESALE LLC operates a low-volume mixed messaging program. Messages are sent only to customers and enquirers who have given consent, and every message relates directly to that person's order, enquiry or account.
Use case 2 — Customer care
Two-way conversational messaging. When a customer texts our business number, or asks us to follow up by text after a call, web form or email, our team replies by SMS about that enquiry.
Use case 3 — Restock & promotional alerts
Occasional back-in-stock alerts and offers, sent only to customers who gave a separate express written consent for marketing messages. Marketing consent is never a condition of purchase and is collected on its own, separately ticked checkbox.

STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are honoured exactly as STOP is, and
UNSTOP and JOIN are honoured exactly as START is. After a STOP
we send the confirmation above and then nothing further unless the customer opts in again.
Consent
How customers opt in
We only message people who asked us to. There are three ways consent is captured, and all three are recorded with a timestamp against the mobile number.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can buy from ELH RESALE LLC
without giving us a mobile number, and marketing consent is always collected separately from
transactional consent.
How to opt out or get help

1. Program description
ELH RESALE LLC (“ELH RESALE”, “we”, “us”) operates a text messaging program that sends order and delivery alerts, customer care replies, and — where separate express written consent has been given — restock and promotional alerts. Messages are sent from or to +1 (984) 378-9113.
2. Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile telephone number to ELH RESALE LLC and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the number provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may buy from us without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to marketing messages is collected separately from consent to transactional messages and is never bundled with it.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent in response to activity on your order or account. If you have opted in to promotional messages, you will receive no more than four (4) marketing messages per month.
4. Cost
ELH RESALE LLC does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan with your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
5. Opting out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by texting STOP to +1 (984) 378-9113. Keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are also honoured. After you send one of these keywords we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or JOIN to the same number.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of transactional email or postal communication that is necessary to complete an order you have placed.

7. Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice, and delivery is subject to carrier and device capability.
8. Privacy and data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support
services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not
be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to participate in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
